How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@bandjam.app from the email address associated with your account.
Required Information
Please include the following in your email:
- App name: BandJam
- Account email: The email address associated with your BandJam account
Processing Time
We will permanently delete your account within 7 days of receiving your request.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information and profile
- All personal data associated with your account
- Your league memberships and submissions
- Your chat messages and comments
Please note that some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as preventing fraud or abuse).
