Who can do what

The three roles

The admin is whoever created the league. There is exactly one, and they can do everything.

Commissioners are members the admin has promoted. They run the rounds day to day but cannot change the league itself or the roster.

Everybody else is a member.

Commissioners handle the running of the season.

Start the league: Standard leagues.
Add, edit, reorder and delete upcoming rounds: Including themes, photos and dates.
Extend a round: Give everyone more time.
Fast forward: End the current phase now. Scheduled leagues.
Nudge members: Poke someone who has not submitted or voted.
Mention everyone outstanding in chat: The @unsubmitted mention.
See hidden themes: Even when the league hides them from members.

Some things stay with the person who created the league.

Edit League settings: Name, description and the settings that can still be changed.
Rebuild the schedule: Change the cadence for the rest of a scheduled league.
Change the start date: Before a scheduled league begins.
Change the round limit: Bucket leagues.
Switch between public and private: Blocked while any round carries a photo prompt.
Remove a member: Take somebody off the roster.
Manage commissioners: Promote and demote.
Delete the league: Permanent.

Any member can share the invite, open the handbook, save the league as a template for their own use, and leave.

When the last member leaves, the league is deleted.
